Dear Loyal and New Customer,

Its is our wish that you are well and healthy, surrounded by family, at home and safe. 

As instructed by our Government in Florida we are getting clearance to open next Monday May 4th. 

We are very happy to resume our operations and continue to bring smiles throughout our community. 

Our operations will continue limited to online orders and delivery. We will make a pick up choice available in time for Mother's Day in compliance with re-opening guidelines. See Gov. Ron DeSantis re-opening announcement here

Only our Hialeah Studio will be operating for now as the Brightline location still remain closed, however we will be available for delivering in the surrounding area.

 Our community and staff are of utmost importance and will continue to operate  in accordance with the local mandates.

COVID-19 Update - 04.06.2020

Dear Loyal and New Customer,

As the numbers of sick patients continue to rise in our city and many parts of the country, our family has decided to temporary stop the delivery service as well. We have a moral obligation with our staff and our community and have decided to put safety first. We are joining the staying home policy in order to protect all of us. 

The online portal should re-open by May 1rst on time for Mother's day, as those are the instructions from authorities.

We will keep you inform and continue to evaluate in accordance with the local mandates.

It is our wish that you find yourself healthy and safe, even in your newly found routine

 

We would like to reassure you our commitment to our community is of utmost importance. We will continue our services but, due to the unprecedented situation we are all experiencing, fighting the COVID-19 virus and for the safety of our staff and customers we will be temporarily closed at our Grab and Go location at Miami Central and suspending all walk-ins at our Hialeah studio until further notice.

However, we will be open and still fulfilling your floral and botanical needs by delivery through our phone lines and online website.  

Flowers and plants have a nurturing quality to brightens you and your loved ones during stressful times. We would love to hear your feedback on anything you would like to see from us to better serve you during this time of uncertainty.

During the days that follow will be designing new floral arrangements to support those in emotional need but at a more affordable cost. We understand these are times of crisis and we should all do our best to support each other and our community. 

In the meantime, here is a 25% discount for our Loyal customers and a 15% discount on flowers for those who land in our shores for the first time.

For last minute orders, please choose our Florist’s Choice options, as we may be experiencing delays in receiving specific flowers through the supply chain.

Please note that for some orders, we may need to make substitutions however, design composition and value will be preserved.

Deliveries may be impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. Rest assured that we are taking all recommended abundant precautions to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Delivery restrictions may include:

  • Hospitals or nursing homes
  • Some Corporate buildings
  • Restricted access across town, county, or state lines


In addition, we may be using “no contact” delivery procedures. After confirming that the recipient is available to accept, their flowers will be left at the door and the delivery driver will step back a safe distance to ensure they receive their gift
