We guarantee the quality, freshness, and presentation of our flowers, plants and gifts. If you or your recipient isn't 100% satisfied, we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. Because we know that if you're not satisfied, neither are we.

Your flowers have gone through many, many hands before you receive a floral composition, including growing, cutting processing, packaging, shipping, designing, arranging and delivery.

Every arrangement comes with instructions on how to maintain your flowers or plant in good conditions for maximum enjoyment.

Proper flower care is relatively simple, but can make a huge difference in extending the life of your flowers.

Replacement or refund

If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact our store directly. In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, Disla Flowers & Events must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or senders fail to notify us within 24 hours of the original delivery date. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of the information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements and proper care of arrangements.

In the event that arrangement is replaced it’s important that we get feedback from you our customer including a photograph of the conditions of the arrangement, this information is highly important to us, as it allows us to continually perform quality control checks of our employees and suppliers and provide the best quality products for our customers.
