Delivery Policy

Flower delivery is free for online orders only in near by area of Hialeah, Miami Lakes and Hialeah Gardens. A local delivery fee starting at $9.99 is added to each order outside our delivery area (This fee may vary according to distance and delivery location)

U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it if the order is not place within the time frame.

Delivery Information require for complete name and address of recipient, apt or suite #, correct zip code, and phone number. Orders with incomplete information will not be guarantee the delivery.

If a customer places an order but provides erroneous information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee. 

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed, always call the store to confirm.
